The Proud Debut of Ms. Zsa Zsa Mae Mansfield!

Zsa Zsa Mae Mansfield is named after the most famous Gabor sister and Mae West, one of my favorite movie actors. Mansfield is for the Mansfield Dam (next to which we all live) and is the apellido for both Charley (Holden Charles Mansfield) and Zsa Zsa Mae.

Since Charley doesn't have papers, the only way to breed him is to buy a bitch (actually, Zsa Zsa prefers Dam to the less formal bitch)for him to sire. The back yard is being fenced off and a doggie door is being installed so once she's old enough, Zsa Zsa and Charley can come and go as they please. Charley is expected to be a father early in 2003.

Judging from his behavior the fist couple of days, Zsa Zsa will be very lucky to make it to her second heat safely!

Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

Zsa Zsa 7th week update Update:
after 10 days, she knows her name and today learned the command "stay." "Unprecdented in all my dogs, never before have I had a dog who learned his or her first command by the age of 7 weeks, I'm thrilled at the potential!" exclamed owner Stan Main.
