June 2000-January 2001		 Project Manager in the graphics and programming department of one of Austin's premier Application Service /Internet Service Providers. Worked with some of Austin's finest web programmers and designers.

Director of Operations Took the 4th place Radio group to 1st place in Austin in 3 years. Successful strategy built a "Wall of Women" and a radio group first for Total Persons, Women 25-54, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. Stations in the cluster were KMJJ, KAMX, KQBT, KJCE.
WRMM Rochester, NY
1993-1996		 Program Director Achieved highest 25-54 share in station's history as a "Soft Rock" station. Managed high profile morning show, oversaw station imaging, marketing and production.
WCMF Rochester, NY 
1986-1996		 Program Director Achieved highest 12+ ratings in the country for an Album Oriented Rock radio station consistently from 1988-1992. Successfully defeated two Classic Rock competitors and one Progressive Rock station in the market.
WDAY Fargo, ND 
1986		 Program Director/Morning Show Host Established station's first research department. Wrote and executed station's first music scheduling system. Set new record in station's Arbitron ratings. Hosted morning show. Format: Top 40.
