Program Director Achieved highest 25-54 share in station's history as a "Soft Rock" station. Managed high profile morning show, oversaw station imaging, marketing and production.

Program Director Achieved highest 12+ ratings in the country for an Album Oriented Rock radio station consistently from 1988-1992. Successfully defeated two Classic Rock competitors and one Progressive Rock station in the market.
